3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to VYNKCard. You grant VYNKCard the necessary permission to host, display, and process that content to provide the service.

Where paid services apply:

• Prices and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase.
• Payments must be made using accepted payment methods.

5. Suspension or Termination

VYNKCard may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, or are involved in unlawful activity.

VYNKCard's branding, software, designs, content, and other materials remain the property of VYNKCard or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

7. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VYNKCard will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VYNKCard after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
